Pork Skewers Recipe
These pork skewers make a great little appy dish.
500 grams ground pork
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup green onion, diced
salt and fresh black pepper
2 teaspoons dried red chili flakes
Preheat BBQ or oven to broil.
In medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
Form pork into 2 inch balls and place on your metal skewers.
Flatten slightly and put on grill or BBQ.
Cook for 15 minutes, turning half way through.
