Italian Spaghetti Pie Recipe

A fun Italian Spaghetti pie recipe the whole family will love.


2 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 package spaghetti
Olive oil, to drizzle
parmesan cheese (to garnish)


Over medium heat sauté garlic and onion in olive oil for 4-5 minutes until softened. stir in herbs and add tomato sauce

Meanwhile, boil a large pot of water. When it comes to a boil, add package of pasta, letting boil for 10-15 minutes or until desired doneness.

Drain water from pasta, and then drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Combine well with sauce.

Transfer to deep 9-inch pie plate.

Sprinkle with cheese. Cover loosely with foil; bake in 350°F oven until golden and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
