This flatbread recipe is the perfect side to a nice curry or dip.
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 Tablespoon white sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
4 cups all-purpose flour
Add yeast, sugar and salt into the warm warm, whisk with a fork to dissolve all the ingredients.
In a large bowl mix together the water mixture, yogurt and flour until a dough has formed. Shape the dough into a ball and put it on a lightly floured surface and cover with a damp cloth, let it rise for about 3 hours at room temperature.
Cut dough into 4 equal pieces, flatten and make into round flat pieces. Heat up a skillet on medium high heat. Place a flatten piece of dough and cook for about a minute or until brown spots start to appear, flip and do the same of the other side.
