This cheeseburger recipe has cheese right in the meat mixture.
1 lb lean ground beef
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Makes 4 hamburgers
sesame seed buns
fresh lettuce leaves
fresh tomato, sliced
additional cheese slices
pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise
Combine the meat with the seasonings and cheese.
Using your hands combine the mixture then form into 4 patties.
Shape into 4 patties; cook thoroughly, until meat is no longer pink in the center.
You can grill on the barbecue or cook in a frying pan on the stove top.
The buns are nicest when toasted before assembling the hamburger to suit your personal taste.
