Broccoli And Cauliflower Gratin Recipe

An easy and delicious baked broccoli recipe that is so delicious with the melted cheese.
1.5 cups cauliflower
1.5 tbsp butter
1.5 tbsp flour
1 1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper
Pinch of grated nutmeg
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Boil the broccoli and cauliflower for only 2-3 minutes.
To make the white sauce, melt the butter, stir in the flour and add the milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix the vegetables with the sauce and top with cheese.
Bake at 350F (180C) for 20 mins.
