Beef Kebabs Recipe
These beef kebabs are glazed with a homemade hoisin sauce and paired with colorful vegetables.
1 lb beef tenderloin, filets cut in 16 cubes
2 sweet onions, cut into squares
1 red pepper, cut into squares
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon chili paste with garlic
Preheat grill to med-high.
Combine the glaze ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add beef to bowl; toss well to coat. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread 4 beef cubes, and vegetables onto skewers.
Place kebabs on a grill; cook 5 min on each side or until desired doneness.
